Bill the owner came. I am always looking for honesty which is rare. I love people that are passionate about what they do. Its hard to find. I did not expect it with someone who handles garage door openers. Bill was beyond honest and could have told me on the first visit I need a new one. He did not do that. He spent over an hour for $39.00 to go over the system and adjust it. He got it working. A few weeks later it was working but not very efficient. Bill had told me earlier it could work for a week or a few years and said lets see how it goes. He was willing to adjust it again but I opted for a new one which is incredible. Its so silent and has all the new features like an outdoor keypad that I wanted. I highly recommend Bill. He charged me $425 total for the new opener. I am beyond happy.
